I want to start my FSW application in the next few weeks.

Unfortunately I will not have the required funds in my bank accont for 3/4 months.

Can I apply now and submit funding info at a later stage?

For FSW, you apply to Sydney NS first. Once approved, they send you a letter/email and you have 120days from the date of the letter/email to submit all documentation including proof of funds. If you are sure that you will have that money within the time the 120days are up, then sure, go ahead and apply now.  BUT if you find that you don't have that money by the time 120days are up, then the visa office probably won't give you an extension.

Also look at the appendix A of your visa office and see what they want as a proof of fund. If your visa office wants more than couple of months of statements then you won't have that money in for couple of months. Best to ask in this forum from other applicants to your visa office how many statements they expect.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration.
Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon
