All, I received full application package back from Buffalo Visa office saying need to provide more information in IM0008 personal history so now do I have to attach the extra page of the same form with that information or I can create one page with require information? Do I need to send it back to Buffalo or will have to apply again via NS intake center?

Hi Dwater,
We also received our application back from Colombo VO once in August 2010. My husband forgot to sign in one of the form ;-). So we checked our papers once again and sent it back ASAP ( to Colombo). After we so e-case been changed and process has began.

Have you left any gaps in the overall period of your personnel history you mentioned in the form?, what do they mean by providing more information???

 I put all information in given space but then after that there wasnt any space available in section 11 so I didnt put further information so they are asking for information to meet the requirement (Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18) for the personal history. So the question is do I have to add the another page 2 of the IM0008 form or should I make a table on blank paper and put that information? Please guide me if anyone has done the same!

From what you said, the package came back form the VO with instructions to provide more information.  State it as clearly as you can.  I would suggest putting all the information on ONE PAGE in table format so you can easily scan all the dates (WITHOUT GAPS), locations and activities.  As there isn't enough space on the IM0008 form, you could write see page attached and clearly title the following page with the Ques Number, your name, DOB, etc.  I would send the complete package back to your VO with the updated sheet and placing their request letter on top.

Dear Haral,

You do not have to add another page 2 of IM0008, Just make a same table with same rows and columns on a blank sheet on MS Word on computer, and give the same headings as on IM0008, then fill it in word and then finally print it. Start with the most recent.

Now along with that I will have to send the payment information also right? As whole application is returned back I guess they will also refund my application fees.

marvik2011 can you please confirm my question related to application fees as you have similar case? Did you sent the payment form with corrected form and received refund for old application?
