Full Documents Sent to Buffalo August 2010

I am not happy to open another topic about such a discussed subject but I would like to know if there are another applicants who sent their full documents to Buffalo on August 2010 and they are still waiting for their AOR.
Personally, I sent two inquiries by now to Buffalo, and I am not satisfied with their replies, totally unprofessional...
All I know is that my file got there, but from August nothing. I don't know whether they monitor or if they have an evidence of all the emails sent to them, but it seems that even if the same applicant makes the same inquiry, all the time the reply is different. I would appreciate if you want to share your opinion.

I received an e-mail from CIC Canada that my Federal Skilled Worker application received a positive final determination of eligibility and is now will be forwarded to the visa office in Buffalo for further processing.  Please help me to understand the process after this.  I have no clue what is going to happen next and if I can check the application status on line. 

CIC received my application in Oct 2010.
