They do verification of your education docs by checking AICTE site whether your collge is accredited or not.
if yes they check your degree authenticity by contacting university,
They do IELTS marksheet authenticity by checking from IELTS website they have specical rights to check your ielts we can't check ourselves.
They do random background check for your employment letters. they just wanna know that whatever duties you have soecified in the form and letters are done by you or not.
They will not check all appplicant employment by contacting your supervisor they pick random application and do checking
