Hi guys,
I had a qustion team mates.
Does anybody know the visa office expected processing time starts from the date your docs have been delivered (as per report by the courier mail) or the date you receive your 2nd AOR? Since for me there is about 3 months gap in between.
Would appreciate your comments.

Hi Nick, Do not worry... just be patient... my 2nd AOR also take more than 3 months. However I suggest you send a case specific enquiry stating that your docs have been delivered for more than four months but you have not received your 2nd AOR. Also make sure your mail box is not full and ensure there are no emails from visa office in your spam folder. Good luck, Arashtdii When will I get my AOR..... ... More than 4 months now.. I just got a letter from Sydney office,Australia. They send me the medical examination form and asked me to pay the right of Permanent Residence Fee. Selection interview has been waived at this stage.
And one more thing, they asked me to fill the form Schedule 1(Backgroud/Declaration) again. Anyone know why???

I followed up with Buffalo and they said my application is with them it just need considerable time for them to start processing it coz of the backlogs that they have from previous years... hmmm CONSIDERABLE TIME.....  Anyways as long as they won't send my application back coz it seems incomplete to them, I am fine! wait, wait, and wait.... Anne55 arashtdii,

It happened to me with Sydney - Australia too, exactly as you say. I sent an email asking why I had to fill the background again and they found a hole in my background history that I didn't realized before. Nothing to worry. Cheers |
