Do you consider to call or send an inquiry to your VO about your situation and ask them about your case?
Maybe they give you answer about your status or start to progress your case.

Buffalo is finally moving on again...after 3 months waiting
Full document sent on May 10. Received the new file number through Email today. E-CAS is still CIO eligibility review complete.

Buffalo is finally send me 2nd AOR via email after 100 days  waiting
Full document sent on May 5. Received the new file number through Email today. E-CAS is still CIO eligibility review complete. Thanks God at least i got the 2nd AOR.

That was the second good news from Buffalo applicants but I noticed that both of you is under FSW3.

Did you notice any bad influences on 4131 applicants???

Did you notice NY bad influences on before 28\6\2010 applicants?

Any new changes on the May e-cases applicants? the last change is (received by the visa office " pending review").

So finally Buffalo is moving,rather slow... in the last 1 week i have heard 4 cases from Buffalo getting 2nd AOR,all May applicants
Seems like the average waiting time for 2nd AOR from BUFFALO is 90-100 days..Patience is the name of the game...

All the best to friends who have already got 2nd AOR,and Patience for all of us waiting for it.
