so according to proccessing time it will take 7 months for the application to review in london or islamabad aa........!!!!!!!!!!
long time is this sure that they will TAKE 7 MONTHS for prossessing an application
and let me know they r working on the application till 17 may what about 26 th of may r they working on it too Huh?

is the Ecas status Received by Visa Office?

Then its not received by the visa office or they are doing security checks, after that Jordan guy of CIA incident, Middle eastern guys are into strict scrutiny in CIC. This is why I suppose taking the time.

Iterview is called when anything the IO thinks wouldnt be understood by paper mail.
Interview is an occurence of one in every 500-700 cases. Phone call veriication is the common thing they do.

If someone is called in an interview, I think its a positive sign and I havent heard any single case that has been rejected after an interview. You just have to be truthful and provide them with answers to their queries.

One more thing, Since I am not usually available at compony and go to projects out of city, Is it possible that their agent physicly drop by at my work place?

Yes. I saw in one of the thread regarding singapore VO. They physically visited the office. But it really depends on the level of comfort of the visa officer

its fine that you roam, IT managers should roam, else being stationary at their offices wouldnt bring them businesses and earn profit for their companies. Visiting or verifying Immigration officers know this very well, all they want to have a proper experience verification at your office, so that when they visit it gives them view that you work in an IT environment as a manager.  Remember to have the person ready to talk positively with them ( though site visit is a case that happens in once in every 1000-2000 cases) who signed your reference letter.
