CIC has recently directed its offices to cut cost and they even sent MR's in Email to many.
They might send the Refusal letter in Email or Snail mail.
in both ways, you can send a reconsideration letter if you think you have something new to make them believe that they were wrong in judging you.

priti1911, when did you submit your medicals? Did you send the Right Permanent Residence Fee with it? It's 490 US dollars or Canadian? I submit mine in May 16. Haven't heard anything yet. |

I have submitted medical on 19th May. It reached on 25th May. I have sent RPRF fee -490 USD. |

It was not in advance.Visa office has asked the fee when I have submitted the forms immediately after medical. So the letter I have received for medical had asked 1) Medical Test 2) To submit forms again which I have filled up initially 3) RPRF Fee 4) Receipt of my medical Test |

It does not gurantee that the rejection won't be made. But generally you should be in good shape...background check might still going on.... |
