Dear All,
My application has been being processed since March 1, 2012.
In reply to our inquiry, yesterday I have been informed that the embassy asked me on March 1 for the update for "The applicant was requested on 01 March 2012 to provide updated schedule I's, supplementary information forms and police certificates".
But unfortunately my lawyer has not received the Email from Warsaw. As the 45 day interval is passed what do you suggest?

well, as per my understanding its a situation critical here. since they said they had sent an email for updated docs, it means they might have taken negative decision against u by now. 2. how did u get to know that they had sent an email to u? 3. watz ur case suggest??? 4. whose ur lawyer??? Hi nearly similar situation happened with me. i went to saudi arabia from pakistan for my job and they sent medical request etc at my home address to pakistan which i did not recieve and when i sent inquiry i came to know that they already sent medicals at my home address 45 days ago. then i sent my new address and they again sent medical request, pcc request to my new address in SAudi arbia. but i have no lawyer involved. may be u ask ur lawyer to send them email that he did not recieve the request so send again. thanks atif en
