Hi Jnathan, I agree with you. There is really deadlock. I do not also know when things will break open. Lets hope in the 2nd quarter things will be better. It has just started , i think may things are going to break open, with MR, PPR and visas. |

you're correct on your observation. even us who are already waiting for the return of passports have experienced delays. priority has shifted to post june 26 applicants and we've taken the backseat. our queue is moving though .. its just slower as compared before. |

No, change of employment of spouse is not a considerable matter to CIC and it does not have any effect on your file.
as you are the PA (principal applicant), only your changed condition is to be notified, they have already issued you the MR so they dont bother what change comes to your wife's professional life.
I'd advice you to open a seperate thread about this.

yes,let us hope for the 2nd quarter of 2011. I have been told to wait to get the letter for interview, that letter would notify me about time, date of the interview. my CHC told me to wait to hear from them as they said that currently the Interview queue is 2 yrs long. they havent mentioned if its for my CHC or not.
