Hi,
If you have already sent your forms to CIO and been requested to send the full docs to your Visa Office, you just need to send a copy of the forms signed and dated.
If you need to update any information, just do it and attach an additional letter explaining the updates.
I think you can fill in the old version forms.

The Normal time given by the Experts in other Forums for getting Medical Request is 5-7 months from the time 2nd AOR is received.

I truly wish ,this time is much much earlier than 5-7 months wait.

I'm still waiting for a POVL. how long does it usually take after meds? and what happens after meds are done? does it mean that if I received med request all other checks are done?
