Have you got File number? If yes choose Immigration File Number as Identification Type.
If doesn't work may be you can inform your Visa office that file number doesn't work.
I followed your instructions and this is what I got: We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: * Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again. * This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed: so i guess i should find out from my VO what the situation is or should i wait for the 2nd AOR? |

If you have file number ecas should work, so may be it is better to clarify with VO. Wish you to find solution soon. All the best. |

Hi
One other possible explanation, from other peoples experiences in this forum, is a mix up in surname and first name.
Try putting your first name in the surname box and see what happens. If it is still the same, then contact VO or wait for 2nd AOR.

I sent my full document (New Delhi) on 31st May and Received 2nd AOR on 8th July.
After then my ECAS Status is Received_By Visa Office.
From then till date there is no change in my Status.
Anyone from Same range dates received Medical request or Changes in Status "IN PROGRESS"?
Please share.... and Wish all of u for Happy Tuesday (30 Nov, 2010).

hi we have the same situation still I cannot access my ecas its been 5 months since I applied to buffalo but until now I haven't received anything from them so I called up my bank to asked for a copy of check and file no, they gave me the file no. but ecas doesn't work i've tried many times but until now still i cannot access..... |

I am in the same time frame...IN PROCESS My e-cas status is as follows...IN PROCESS We received your application for permanent residence on February 28, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review. We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on April 18, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you. Recieved 2nd AOR in nov dated october 24. Any idea how much waiting time is more for medical ) S |
