Currently MI-2 applicants getting the top priority. after that MI-3. after that MI-1 along with backlogs.
hi jnathan, you have basis for this? can you also provide the period designated for MI-1, MI-2, and MI-3 for the sake of others who would like to know it again? thank you. |

After June 2011, CIC is not liable to get much applications.
They expect to finish backlogs soon.
The revised period for ND VO is only 15 months. (Previously it was 14 months and we all expected them to revise it to 17 and more) Good for us.

My friend on a different thread Honey jack is in the 15th month and still nothing happened for him as yet I guess this too is a patience bait MI-3 & MI-2 are same right (same NOC).

Don't be so stupid!! Don't try to panic people here with your stupid thinking. There is a limit!! Yes, for all of us there can be some delay in processing, as CIC has announced that they are going to give priority to the labor in demand for Canada at the moment. The new NOC (29) with the new application procedure (additional application forms) will help them to process faster. But the intake is comparatively very less compared to last so many years. They decided to clear backlogs then. So at present, it is not our turn. All those who have reached the final stage will be continued as usual. So most of us have to wait for one or two months. As per CIC, it wont take much longer and most of the pre-June applications can be processed fully in 2011. Don't go for any guesses, don't go for any stupid comments. Just go with CIC updates. People on this blog type something out of frustration (even I have). But it should not make others feel bad. When you have frustration, you should learn to get rid of it, or atleast you should let it grow it into others. Please KDSTTL |
