how could the VO forget to issue an MR !! I still believe that he forgot that. they are human too.
But they dont make mistakes, I have seen them as agile as an Eagle.

In the letter coming from the VO, the medical request is not checked/ticked and my consultant has not received medical forms. My consultant received only the letter. It may be next, hopefully soon. |

On 5th March-12, my online status changed to "Decision Made"..
I knew decision made before the MR is rejection for sure..
Therefore, I have sent an e-mail to my consultant and asked them for my rejection letter if they have received one!..
I have received CHC, London rejection letter dated 2nd March-12 from my consultant today saying that the insufficient to meet all of the essential duties and a substantial number of the main duties etc etc..
though it is very disappointed reason to reject my case as i am working in UAE as Finance Manager for more than 10 years..
Nyways, final bye from my side to all of you and wish you good luck for your better life.
Will miss you all

Sorry to hear about rejection. But if you are confident that your case was strong then you can appeal for review within certain time limit. There is no harm in giving a try. |

he got bottle necked at the crucial part of the PR application.
roles and duties are the hardest part to make the VO's convinced.
I'd say your consultant and you didnt get to study a lot on that part. that was the most crucial part.

lets say an IT manager.
You must be able to demonstrate in your job experience papers that you performed most of the duties and roles of an IT manager. CIC has a standard about IT managers that IT managers must do some certain duties to be claimed as IT manager. your claimed duties and roles must be matched to a good extent with theirs.

I am very sorry to hear that. Why don't appeal and explain that you do other things weren't mention in the letter of reference. Look closely and you will find your self doing that duties. Good luck buddy.
