I am realy worried abt my case. As far as my points n ielts score is cncrnd I hv 7 bands in ielts n i score 70 points n m hvng genuine experience of 4 years...m realy worried...my whole life depends on dis decision nw..VO hsnt enquired nythng frm my employer ....hw can they jst put..DECISION MADE...without ny enquiry?

yes i hv snt thm an email bt hvnt heard frm thm yet..if it realy a rejection thn wat sd i do as i hv evrythng genuine ...cai I put an appeal 2 VO?

wait for their response. of you had mentioned urgent in subject line..they would ve replied by now...but they do in max two weeks on an average....do share their reply with us....i certainly hope its due to data transfer buddy.....relax

EVERYTHING FINISHED FOR ME.........I hv got rejection frm CHC ND....but d reason is realy surprising me...they said ....they r nt satisfied wid my employment nd r nt satisfied wid my job duties.  plz help me frndz coz i hv genuine job n  experience. how can i convince thm? they hvnt even enquired abt anythng frm my employer ...on wat basis they hv rejected my file....m totally lost! Angry

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MR LETTER AFTER ECAS " IN PROCESS " AND WHAT ABT BACKGROUND DECLARATION INQUIERY?
 I HAVE NEITHER RECIEVED ANY CALL FROM CHC ND NOR MY EMPLOYER.
what r the chances of rejection after file status is " in process " ?

Experts...... I need your help very urgently..

I got My medical on 1st April 2011 with deadline of 45 days.

Now I am in UK and medical has come to my Indian address, I have infomred CHC - Delhi for my current location,

I am awaiting response from them and time is running out.

what else I need to send with medical and how do I get it done from UK...moreover My wife and kid is still in India what to do for their medical to be done.

I have only 15 days left.....Please reply with your knowldege and Experiences...
