I sent my documents to CHC London on June 28th and received by visa office on June 30th, waiting for 2nd AOR till date havent received, dont know when it comes.......

I sent my documents to CHC London on June 28th and received by visa office on June 30th, waiting for 2nd AOR till date havent received, dont know when it comes.......

How can I be sure that my official transcript deliverd to visa office? my 120 days deadline is going to end before that if it is not delivered I can order my university again.
According to my E-cas it says
VISA OFFICE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE
Visa Office - Eligibility Review Complete
The review of the application and supporting documents has been completed at the visa office. A letter with additional information has been mailed.
( I haven't recieved any mail yet form Visa office )
Does it mean that they already received my offical and Eligibility review complete based on that?
Please try to give advice or comment on it.
I wish successs for all of you

Ok my friend, So do not worry I think it can take up to 2 weeks after the change of your E-CAS to "Received by Visa Office" to receive 2nd AOR as they send it by regular post. Wish you all the best.... |

Hi Behabitu,, I think there is something wrong with your E-CAS!!!! did your E-CAS changed earlier to "Received by visa office"  As I am sorry to tell you that if your E-CAS changed to "Visa Office - Eligibility Review Complete" before "In Process" means rejection!!! I knew that from the history of some applicants here in this forum. Waiting for your reply to know exactly the situation and the best way to deal with. Good luck,,, |

Looks like i found the site/thread where I can get/give help... Here is my info: Name: Harpreet CHC: Buffalo App sent to CIO Canada: 8th Jan Review completed : 4th March Doc Submitted to buffalo: 14th Jun I received an email form CIO Sydney on 4th March with File number ( Is that what we call first AOR ?), And I sent my complete application to Buffalo on 7 ( Received on 14th). I am still waiting for AOR from them. Following is the status I see on site : "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete "Which also gives me this info:-We received your application for permanent residence on January 8, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 4, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. SO my concerns  : -Does everything looks normal here ? When should i expect to see status "in process" or at least something about review in Buffalo. -I haven't received any letter, But an email on 4th March from CIO, I have applied to Buffalo based on that email. Did I miss any mail/letter ? - Do i need to contact CIO/Visa offcie or should just wait. Thanks.  |

You can expect a change in your E-CAS by next week, then you will receive your 2nd AOR after almost 1 week from the change in your E-CAS...

You situation is normal, do not worry.... the email you have received from CIO is your 1st AOR and no need to contact them!!and you were right when you sent your docs based on this email. What you can do now is to wait till you have your E-Cas be changed to "Received by Visa office" then you will receive your 2nd AOR. Good luck..... |
