Hello Everybody  , I received an email from the CIO couple days ago and I was asked to submit a complete application to the Buffalo visa office. I am confused about one thing. Should I send the photocopies of my original applications which were sent to the CIC office, together with the additional documents required by Buffalo to the Buffalo office? Or should I download all the forms and complete them with the same information again with my new signature and date and then send them to the Buffalo office? Based on the guide of application as a federal skilled worker, on page 22, "Step 2. Complete the Application", we are required to make two photocopies of the original forms and send one copy to the visa office at a later stage. However, in the email I got from the CIO, it did not mention anything about submitting photocopies and it also provided the links to download the forms. Please tell me what I need to submit to the Buffalo. Dear if there is no change in ur status in the mean time, then u dont have to refill forms. I hope u have soft filled copies of all forms available. Just take a fresh print out, sign them & put current date. That's it......... But dont send forms with old date to avoid confusion for VO. Im not sure abt the first question, I am from New Delhi... As far as second question is concerned... RPRF (RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE) is sent along with Medical usually.. Visa office will send u instructions for same. |

My visa office is London as i live in U.A.E. Are you really sure it takes 6-8 months to get medical request after sending your full documents? Regards |
