do i have to take employment refrence letter from my current employer??
If you have mentioned ur current employer in schedule-3 form & u r claiming points for experience of your current employer, then obviously u have to submit. |

We dont have to send any fees along with the documents to visa office, right? CIO already charged my credit card.
so when to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee to visa office???

We get the request letter from Pakistani Consulate Dubai and we send it with our pictures. They took 1 week and after getting it we submit the full documents application as everything else was ready. Hello Everybody , I received an email from the CIO couple days ago and I was asked to submit a complete application to the Buffalo visa office. I am confused about one thing. Should I send the photocopies of my original applications which were sent to the CIC office, together with the additional documents required by Buffalo to the Buffalo office? Or should I download all the forms and complete them with the same information again with my new signature and date and then send them to the Buffalo office? Based on the guide of application as a federal skilled worker, on page 22, "Step 2. Complete the Application", we are required to make two photocopies of the original forms and send one copy to the visa office at a later stage. However, in the email I got from the CIO, it did not mention anything about submitting photocopies and it also provided the links to download the forms. Please tell me what I need to submit to the Buffalo. Thanks a lot for any help! Karen |
