I think there is no update. reading other forum/thread I see that only a few of July applicants status changed to "In Progress".

I CHECK IT ONCE IN  a week usually n saturdays. In case they have put up a new info in the previous week.

hey guys, i think there's something wrong with this batch, it seems that 90 days is over & yet the ecas is still the same, RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE. And our slot in the forum is now on the 3rd page, meaning nobody moves. Hoping and praying for the best for all of us.

Hi All,

I had sent my full doc Buffalo on Aug 24th 2010.
I didn't get any AOR from them yet.
My lawyer told me that don't worried regarding AOR, sometime they don't send it.
Its now almost 5 months now.

Does e-cas  show that Buffalo send letter to you, when we check with file no.
Because when i check with file no from nova scotia, it says.

We transfered your file to Buffalo on August 4th.

We recieved your full application and supporting documents and file is pending for review.

Can somebody please suggest me what to do.

Hi sPatel,

I believe you already got your second AOR, the statements below is very similar to what I can see in ecas after I got  my second AOR. I believe you will get into in-process status soon along with others

My 2nd AOR (10/08/10)  is a month ahead from yours. Can you check if our ECAS is same?
