I got answer from VO. It looks realy good:

Hey Tegnus, What a day you've had! Just read your posts. You've gone from fearing potential rejection because of 'decision made' before meds to possibly receiving your medical instructions in a matter of hours  As I'm a novice at this - does this mean you've bypassed the whole 'processing' part of the application process?! @ sukh420 I check status with number provided with 1st AOR. Yes, I still don't have AOR from VO. I think number doesn't change with 2nd AOR - just status in ecas. As I mentioned before it got updated status in ecas with two things - file transfer from CIO to VO (which probably is correct) and decision made (which isn't correct).
