Files are seem to be put in process in the sequence of file transfer date. Now CHC is processing files of around end of Feb. 2010.
You can expect your status change to be "in process" within a week or two, as your   date of file transfer is 10/03/2010

We cant do anything but to wait and watch ! It is advisable to contact VO alteast after 8 months from date of 2nd AOR. Thats wat i am waiting for !

Sending query wont help at this stage. Thats what i reckon !

yes, 8 months might be for your visa office. base on my 2nd aor after "12 months", if i have no news from them i have to contact with VO.

I need to know some points on Employment related points.

I am working as retail Pharmacist in Medical Store since 6 years.

As i have gone through all the details of New Delhi Checklist.


(1) Is it Necessary to include Business Card of reporting person ?


(2) IS is necessary give Annual Salary/Pay Package details ? As i am working in Small Medical Store so there no

such document given to me by my employer? I am  getting  Monthly Salary .

(3) Is it Necessary to include Reliving Letter ?

Please suggest me what are the main important documents is required from Employement point if view ?

If you have one than it will certainly help... (If they do not have one, you can always make them. I guess preparing cost won't be more than 200 Rs.)

Salary letter from your employer and IT return would be sufficient.

(3) Is it Necessary to include Reliving Letter ?

Yes, If you can but I do not think it is necessary as long as you mentioned the duration of your work experience correctly in application.

Please suggest me what are the main important documents is required from Employement point if view ?
 -Job offer letter
- Promotion letter (if applicable)
-IT return
-Salary letter
-Experience letter with duties
-Business Card

Its reallllllllllllyyyyyyyy frustrating.

I have submitted my full documents on april 1st 2010

Got my 2nd AOR on May 5th 2010.

But after that there is no change in my status. 

It is more than 6 months and still says same  "Received by Visa Office".       

any suggestion?
shd I send them a case specific inquiry?   
 
My timeline:

We received your application for permanent residence on January 11, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 1, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on March 10, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

My time line more or less similar to you but visa office is London.

We cant do anything but to pray and wait !
