hi all I sent my full doc. on april 2010 recived 2th Aor by email on end of April 2010 still my e-case says recived by visa office. it is 6 months till now and no any news and no any changes  I forgot.... I am under FWS1 Noc 4131 any idea?  |

Hey all,
Can any one on this thread help me with a documents question please. I just wanted to make sure that I do not have to send notarized copies of all the documents. My understanding is that we have to send only photocopies to the buffalo office. Please correct me if I am wrong. Also, do we have to wrtie anything on the back of the photographs?

Hello guys,
I am a bit worried about the time taken by the buffalo visa office, as I have submitted my full documents on april 1st 2010 and I got my 2nd AOR on May 5th 2010. But after that there is no change in my status. It is more than 7 months and still says same "Received by Visa Office".
Any suggestion?

Hi Room3, I am on the same boat..but I heard from the other thread, He sent an email inquiry in Buffalo coz his update on e-cas still 'RBVO' and he got a reply that his application is now 'In Process' .. even his e-cas status says 'RBVO'.. so, I am now planning to send e-mail inquiry as well to the Buffalo office... you may want to do the same and let's update our responses here... what you think? |

thanks for your note yes my visa office is damascus too, I checked yesterday but still RBVO. it is over 6 months now. I'm hoping before our new year ( sometimes in March ) we should have final news from them. |

"Please be advised this file needs to be reviewed by the officer. We shall contact you once it has been reviewed."
Buy my e-Cas says,
"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 14, 2010."
Any advice?

I have ordered CAIPS notes twice and it doesnt give me any clue that my application is in process... i've only got 10 points for age and thats all...!!! I have not written to Buffalo yet as some ppl say it only puts ur file at the bottom of the pile.!!!
What should I do?
