RBVO pa rin pala status mo?   sorry to hear that. Kailan ba uwi mo friend? Tama ka, sana mapansin naman tayo ng VO na naghihintay rin tayo.ehhehe. Medyo, nakaka hurt nga kasi sabi ng iba , post june 26 daw ang priority nila? I dont think so naman, kasi gaya nga ng sabi mo, dun sa batch natin, wala pa tayo sa quota di ba? wlalang naka set sa atin... inilagay nila yun sa gazette nila eh. But kung mapapansin mo, worldwide ang pag slow down ng processing hindi lang manila. Mas ahead pa nga tayo compared sa buffalo,nd,singapore etc.
Hintay hintay lang tayo, this march, nararamdaman ko vincleynn, darating na ang pagkahintay hintay natin.

mag 2 mos na din kame nagaantay ng MR after our 2nd AOR.. this May na ang uwi ko at medyo sad ako coz masyadong mataas ang expectation ko and i thought dito na ako aabutan ng MR at paguwi ko eh PPR. kaya its very frustrating at masyado kasi akong umasa. reality check more or less next year pa ang visa namin at this july ang MR if ganyan pa din kaslow ang takbo ng lahat. even if i sulk and mop, wala naman mapapala but just to wait diba?  In His time dadating na yan!

hi ulit vincelynn, if we are going to look at it , its really a good news, since no quota was set for us... and same processing. Darating at darating din yan. Naghihintay lang ng signal ang mga VO sa Canada govt. Dahil currently, they are into revisions ng ministerial instruction again, na ilalabas na naman nila this june. So hintay hintay lang tayo mga kapatid. Malapit na yan...

So far, wala pa rin naman po nagbago sa ecas ko, its still in process ,(reviewed and started processing  jan 20, 2011). and this time pang 7th month ko na ata from the time i submitted my full docs sa embassy. Unti unti ko na nga nababawasan ang show money ko.

so more or less july pa nga ang aming MR nyan...may changes n2man pala silang gagawin. kaya naman pala. palage nga sinasabe sakin ng mga ka forumers ko esp yong mga senior members na asa canada na ngayon, patience is the name of the game..problema, mainipin akong tao eh! hahaha but i guess i have to work it out. kasi naman... hehe

kailan mo nareceive 2nd AOR mo? huwaaaaaah so kame matagal tagal din pala ang aming aantayin tlga..kung ika 7th month mo na simula ng pinasa mo yong full docs mo sa kanila eh panu pa kame...huhuhu atleast alam mong in process ka na...kame di pa ata naoopen yong papers namin..kung magalaw mo man yong POF mo balik mo na lang ule...hehe..ako nga nagagalit sa hubby ko kapag nagagalaw nya eh..kasi diba baka anytime humingi sila at magpaupdate ng POF tapos kulang, eh ang lake pa naman ng pamilya namin...hehe thanks for the info silent..goodluck padating na yang MR nyo..tapos kame din! In the letter, we were requested to submit NBI clearances and updated POF only.. Wlang interview or proof of common law partnership. Hopefully, waived na. Because they could've asked for proof of clp along with the other docs that they needed.

Question: Can the embassy verify or confirm the exact amount of your account in your bank? Because I've heard that banks don't have the liberty to divulge such information because of the bank secrecy law? How true is this?

I read this before in P2C forum thread, banks are not allowed to divulge the exact amount of money with CEM but one of them said that CEM has its own way on how to check and verify an applicant's POF. Normally, they would call and ask if the applicant has an account with the bank, I'll try to look for that thread and post it here.  im just so so excited for you Luckycharm I hope you'll have your MR soon!

Hindi mo kailangan pakita passbook mo or history of movement sa embassy hanggang hingin nila (pero bihira ata yon). Basta bank cert, the most they can do is to verify that the account exist and that the bank cert is authentic. They will not ask how much is the current balance, and the recent transactions kasi bawal yon.

Hi,

I just wanted to ask.. Yung documents kasi namin na-pickup nung March 3 (one is for study permit and one is a tourist visa). How do you check your status sa Embassy? Ever since wala pa kaming natatanggap na word from them.. Or masyado ba ako nagmamadali?
