im new to this forum..just wanna know if someone applies for NOC 3142 at the Manila visa office starting September 2010? As my case is still waiting for MR..tnx

Hello!  What is NOC 3142? you can check our table to see if anyone has the same NOC and timeline.  Better yet, you can join us here.

3142 for physiotherapist. i submitted at the Manila visa office last Aug 31 2010, got the AOR from the embassy on Sepember 2, 2010.. im under FES..

Dear all,

Have you checked your e-cas lately? Out of curiosity again after several readings from other topics, I checked mine Feb 25 and this time, it changed once more and stated RBVO, with medical results received...etc. Is this another ecas bug?

Pls share your cases, if interested.

Hi Bonjour, yes this is really crazy..I share the same case with you, I hope this just means they are working on it which is why changes are happening and I hope the next thing would be MR na and I hope they fix the bug as it can totally make our world go round. I was really worried when I saw my status update from IP to RBVO, it was a relief though to see that I am not the only one, so most likely this is just a bug.  I have not yet gone thru medicals so the fact that my status states medical results have been received just shows it really is just a bug. Lets continue to claim that the next thing that would happen would be getting our medical requests. My work permit expires in 2 months, I am really cutting it short and chasing time, I have been away from my daughter for 2 years and I am not thinking twice of going home to be with her, with or without MR, but still getting my MR before leaving Canada would be a big time relief knowing that when I leave this country it wont be the last time I am seeing it and I will be back for a better life. So lets just keep praying for everybody and stay positive. TRUST, TANGGAP LANG NG TANGGAP!

Hi bonjour!

Mine also changed to RVBO.  Don't worry too much.  I'm not really relying on the ECAS as of this moment.

Hello everybody....

Same here...my ecas changed yesterday...from "In Process" to "RBVO"...it states tge correct dates but with the bug of "medical received"....i hope this wld be the sign that by next week e MR na tyong lahat...

With The chaos all over the world e apektado ang lahat and for sure next week e magtataasan nnman mga prices ng mga commodities which wld gve us a hard time nnman to adjust our budget here sa pinas...

Plz...sana dumating na mga MR natin...Godbless sa ating lht

Im asking pala for all your prayers pra sa mga ofw natin sa middle east...i knw some of us here has relatives kya pray po ntn na safely clang makaalis papunta sa mga boarders at makauwi cla dito pinaz...thank you!!!

Medical results have been received.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on ****. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Manila office. They are pending review.

I agree with everyone it's an ecas bug again.. I hope that we'll get our MRs soon...

may bagong tambayan na tyo bukod dun sa isa..hehe pagkabasa ko dun sa post mo sa p2p eh chineck ko agad yong cic tapos nagbago din pala yong stat ko. kakacheck ko lang kasi kahapon tapos IP pa din gulat nga ako at RBVO na din..Godbless Smiley

hi oo nga tama ka jan.  halos sabay lang tau hanu.. feeling ko mag ka group ung mga papers na tin... pero ang pinagtataka ko eh kakapass ko lang na papers pero biglang rbvo na kagad.. sguro lahat ng nakatanggap ng 1st aor ng october eh sabay sabay nag change
