You know Alsen David sa forum? Ine- encourage nya kc ako mabuti na duon mag land, kc un wife nya accoutant din.
I yup...nakikita ko nga sa sya forum...inintroduce na nya din ako sa wife nya..si belle.....buti nga nakachat ko sya dami ko pa palang dapat asikasuhin....like kukuha pa ng course description...etc etc....so hindi pa pla ako ready buti Feb 2013 pa flight namin...hehehehehe... |

got my ppr yesterday. However our passport will expire march 2013 so kanina we renewed it. warning na lang for those coming with ppr. we have an agency but they did'nt advise us on this. I admire the patience and resilience of everyone in this group. by the way im also a may 2010 applicant and I could say that God will reward us all with what we aspire as long as we trust,believe and surrender to Him.

Congrats holymd! We have 2 things in common, we're both may applicant and both have an agent. Mabuti syo ganyan lng ginawa ng agent mo, sa akin muntik na sumablay bcoz of their incompetence. But anyhow, we just thank the lord na hindi nya hinayaan tyo na mag fail. Ryt nw im waiting for ppr. Btw, can u tell us your timeline? Thank you & all the best! |

request for medicals march 8,2012 meds done= april 17 ecas showed med received= 2nd week of may ppr= july 26 my other concern is my wife is 5 mos pregnant and is due on nov 28. we expect to land on vancouver pero 3 mos pa ata bago magkaron free medicals. |

hello forumers! can i join here?
I lodged my application at Novia Scotia and they received it dated June 17, 2010.
I received an email by October 8, 2010 that i have to accomplish the documents given to me through the links provided by the FSW Centralized Intake Office. after completing the requirements, I lodged it at Manila Office.
2nd AOR= 24 April 2011
Is there really a pause in processing the papers? And is there anyone out there who has the same timeline with mine? Guys thanks for your answers

Yup, sa pagkkaalam ko after 3 months nga b4 ma cover sa health insurance. But chk out other provinces ang alam ko meron iba na after landing at after aplying for sin ay ma co cover agad. Di ba pwede pagkapanganak na kyo mag land? Kc kung duon sya manganganak at decided tlga sa van mag land, then no choice but to shoulder all the expenses.  |

Canada to Process Pre-2008 Visa Applicants

A Canadian Federal Court has ruled in favour of visa applicants waiting to have their visa's processed and fearing they would not be rejected without processing.
The federal court has directed the Ottawa immigration authorities to process all the Canadian skilled worker visa applications filed before 2008. This decision will help over 300,000 families worldwide get a chance to settle in Canada after suffering major professional, financial and emotional setbacks due to the lengthy backlog of their applications, ranging five to nine years.
About 900 applicants who had suffered from government decision to reject the applications filed prior to February 2008 filed a case against Immigration Minister Jason Kenney for violating the pledge to assess and finalise decisions in a timely manner.
"The ruling is a positive sign for these 900 applicants who can now hope to realise their dreams of settling in Canada once again" said Chandigarh-based immigration expert Col BS Sandhu, "I am happy for these people and their families as their applications will now be processed in a timely manner."
The proposed decision by the Canadian government to return all the applications filed before the end of February 2008 dismayed Canadian immigration aspirants across the globe waiting for visa approval.
