Laboratory- chest xray, HIV/Syphilis test, drug test (urinE) Physical exam- with the doctor, answer trivial questions If you are alone, mas madali, pero pag family, would take half to whole day whether they will accompany you or not. fill out certain forms, give your picture, and payment. after that, the clinic will send your results. so what you will do is submit your NBI and payment of landing fee or other docs that were asked of you to submit. after that. wait for the Passport request in your email  Question lang, yung payment kapag Bank draft, kahit anong bank lang ba? I planning to get a bank draft sa BDO |

Wow ayos! at least one day lang dito sa atin. Sa Wed p akami kukuha ng NBI and sa Sat magpamed exam
sa lahat ng nag IP, congratz! Don't worry dun sa mga nag IP na RBVO ang details, paparating na rin MR niyo. Ako until now kahit may MR na ako, RBVO pa rin details sa IP ecas ko.
Pisces, San ka dito sa atin mag pa med exam? Mauna ka na muna kasi hindi pa ako makahanap ng time, duty kasi..and dapat mag laan talaga kami ng whole day kasi family of six kami.. Cge, balitaan mo ako ha , kung ano ano yung mga ni-require sa labs..and kung magkano din yung mabayaran..Plan namin sa Nationwide ky Dr. Baruiz.. |

dun sa ecas mo profesor may nakalagay mo kung kelan started processing? or rbvo details pa rin? sa table natin pinakamatagal is 1 month nag IP to get MR. before holyweek sana makuha mo na MR mo para sunod na kmi |

hi,pwede naman po kayo kumuha ng bank draft o"managers check" basta po meron kayong savings account po.basta po dun kayo sa branch nyo kung saan kayo meron kayong account. |

Hello. In your case, I really don't have any idea. It seems that we are in the same stage but strange yung sa'yo kasi you don't have the receipt of Medical Request from embassy. Usually kasi,like in my case we already got our MR and the documents na hiningi na nakalagay din dun sa MR ay update lang ng forms IMM5406 & IMM5669 and NBI clearance. Other than that, wala na.
But if you are asked to submit TOR,Diploma, & COE, I think no need na to notarize. We submitted those things together sa full docs na required in the list by CEM. As far as I know original or authenticated lahat yung hinihingi nila. As a protocol we submitted original TOR na nakaseal inside an envelope at may tatak ng university seal sa envelope (ang university dapat gagawa niyan, request ka lang sa kanila ng TOR for the purpose of Canada migration). Then for the diploma we requested Authenticated copy since di naman pwede ibigay yung original. For the COE ,original dapat. Hindi na namin pina notatarize lahat yun.
Bakit ka hinigian ng ganun ngayon?Di ba kasali na yun upon submission of full docs?
na received k na po kahapon ung MR namin,pati ung request na add'l docs,at CIIP invitation and flyer..
