yan lang talaga ang nakasulat sa ecas status ko....they havent even touched my application. at walang date kung kelan ang sunod na BFD.

mukhang pareha lang tayo maski may in process naka sulat sa akin kasi ang detail application received pa.... Let's just wait after july nalang... |

jac.otrn, nagrequest din kame ng caips at nakareceive nung april ata... pero nakalagay dun parang ang BFD namin eh Oct 4, 2011.... sa napansin ko same ata ang ating time line.. yong sa Oct 4, 2011 di naman BFD mismo ang exact words pero inassume lang namin... |

hi vincelynn,
I got GCMS file already. My file has been on GCMS ever since, hence my change of file number from B to E#### when I received my 2nd AOR. Anyway, the last BFD I saw was Jan 2011, I requested for CAIPS last April and I havent seen any updates that they've made on my file last Jan. I don't see any future date as well, that I can assume as my next BFD. The last update I saw was Nov 2010 when they received my application in the visa office. They haven't even started processing yet, even the eligibility determination is still pending...My ecas says the same since Nov last year which is "We received your application on........." I am thinking of reapplying this July, Im still waiting for the new instructions to come out. And since they haven't started processing yet, maybe they will refund my fees.
