Hello po to everyone....  I have just checked the status of my application through ecas and it says "DECISION MADE". Then when i clicked the link, the details are as follow: ================================================================ We received your application for permanent residence on April 6, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 9, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the Manila office. They are pending review. We transferred your application to the Manila office on June 15, 2010. The Manila office may contact you. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 5, 2011. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.======================================= I just hope na positive yung DECISION nila regarding my application.....Pls. Pray for me po... Maraming salamat po. GOD bless 2 all of us. |

did the CEM ask for your medicals and your passports.. before the decision made phrase on ur ecas.
in my case, i just learned today that my bank establishment cease its operation and thjey got my half of settlement funds which i presented to the embassy..
please update us the earliest my dear friend..

Unfortunately, the embassy did not ask me for medicals and passport..... The embassy asked me for additional documents like IELTS, proof of funds and Birth cert of my tita who is a Canadian citizen already and birth cert of my father. I already complied those docu and ....after 3 wks my status changed from In Process to DECISION MADE even i haven't done any medical exam... Pls. Pray for me,...Hopefully everything will be alright. I'll update you guys right after I receive the letter from the embassy.GOD bless! |

That same message was forwarded to me from my agency. So they are saying that we should refrain from following up because it will require a lot of time for them to respond to our queries. But we are also at a loss as to how long the processing can go on. We really have no choice but to wait and hope for the best. My friend just got her visa stamped. She was processed under M1. I think she filed on the latter part of 2009. She said it took two years for her to finally get her visa. With the current delay, I wonder how long ours may take  |
