guys,
is it really true that pre- june applicants will be processed in 2-3 years time? There was a reply from london visa office before and now from new delhi high commission regarding this matter..do you think it is authentic reply..

Sa tingin ko naman kung 2-3 years ang processing ok lang basta sure na ang application.
As early as now they should be eliminating or informing applicants na di qualified or may problem sa application para naman di ganitong puro tayo nag aantay.
Kahit kasi naka IN PROCESS status natin wala paring kasiguraduhan.

I agree with you Chinay..Sana nga ngayon mg decide na sila kung tanggap nila ang application natin or hindi para makapag move on kaagad kung sakaling ma reject..Malapit na ang announcement ng Ministerial Instruction..para naman makapag prepare ulit at makapag apply..just in case lang naman..Pero sana wag naman magyari sa atin ang nangyari sa iba na na reject kahit may 2nd AOR na..

its very frustrating guys.. this is an email i received from our canadian based consultant..
..This issue has been an overall debate between Consultants and immigration lawyers and it is very frustrating on our part , all I can say is be patient . It's sad to say but the CIC's projection is not really working . Yes, it has been a topic among immigration consultants and immigration lawyers and as far as I knew , the CIC received lots of phone calls,etc.regarding this issue and the only word that we have received is BE PATIENT . hopefully, they will speed up the process as they promised..

It's really sad if it's true. I feel that I am also putting my life on hold because of the promise that they will process it in six to twelve months. My husband let go of a work opportunity abroad because of this. Looking back, I should have just allowed him to go. Anyhow, I will be calling my consultant tomorrow so that I get his opinion on this matter. I applied weeks before the cut off in June 2010. I should have taken my sweet time had I known it was better to apply post june. I'll keep you guys posted. |
