catherine and all, hi...no problem with me, although, I am not sure the exact date of my in-process, but I can give an approximate day, during the last week of January, when everybody else from other fora were discussing about the ecas bug. I decided to check my ecas either january 27 or 28...although, If I may state an observation from reading hundreds of previous posts...the first visa officer is not necessarily the same for the succeeding steps towards issuance of visa, but I could be wrong. Sorry, I can't site these links as reference, too busy/tedious to read back.

Let's continue on with catherine's idea...calling the attention of others with NBA from 2nd AOR, please provide your ecas in process date...it would be an interesting week ahead! Thanks pf for much needed assistance. Thanks all.

Yes, I agree with you bonjour on the idea that the entire process would be handled by different Officers, but the initial determination whether you reached the benchmark of 67 pts. will be based on your assigned Visa officer.  The background checking will be taken cared of by different officer for that matter.

In case there'll be additional column, I suggest we use the city's abbreviation or initials. I am also curious if you really wanted us to indicate the port of entry or destination/preferred city. Please verify for accuracy. Thanks.

sobrang nakakainip ng magantay ng MR

magtatanong lang mga kaberks, usually ba kapag naka receive na ng 2nd AOR malake na ba ang chance to get MR? or Pwedeng refusal din after?

medyo nanghihinayang kasi ako sa igigive up ko.. .pero uwing uwi na ako eh! kakatapos ko lang ng 24 mos sa caregiver pero uuwi na ako this may at itutuloy n lang namin yng FSW. advice nga sakin ng lahat ng tao dito eh magsubmit din ng papeles under the CG program. pero sobrang positive naman kameng magasawa na Makakarating kame sa FSW program, sa CG kasi after 24 mos...15-24mos n2man ule ang aantayin bago ko makapiling ang pamilya ko. hay naku naman! Patience pwede bang pabili ng madame... MR please lang dumating ka na para naman di ako sobrang nanghihinayang!

A 2nd AOR does not guarantee an MR.  My personal belief is VISA lang ang assurance na approve na ung application.

Base din sa timeline ngayon, mukhang matagal ang processing ng application.  Andaming na hold na applications and mukhang inuuna pa nila ang post June 26.  What are your other options ba?  Atleast ikaw may option pa pero kami, FSW lang talaga ang inaasahan.  Think hard about your options.  Ok, you have the luxury that most of us don't.  Although hindi ko alam kung ano talaga ang nararamdaman mo kasi andito kami sa manila and wala pa akong kids.  Again think long and hard and don't forget to pray.  Si Lord ang bahala sa problema mo.

I would say sa stage of receiving 2nd AOR stil 50/50 kasi just like the 1st AOR from CIO where they check your application whether it corresponds to the MI without the benefit of any supporting documents, then sa 2nd AOR naman yung completenes lang ng package and assignment of Visa Officer. I would say kung ma issuehan ka ng MR then that would probably gain significant chance na makapasok, not unless magkaron ng problem with your medical results. Then security reasons, Im sure naman na wala kang any criminal records

Most of all... Vincelyn ..bear in mind that GOD knows what are your hearts desire, even before you ask for it. I can sense that you're one person who has got the guts and perseverance, I'm sure everything will be fine.
