cp3, how was your experience sa medical? anong klaseng blood chem and physical exam ang ginawa?
it was just routine much like annual physical exam including eye check-up (you'll have to read the snelen's chart up to the last line you can read), they will palpate your throat, abdomen, percuss your back and side and auscultate your lungs, take your BP, weight and height, extract blood for HIV, urine for VDRL and most of all x-ray. for women, i was asked to lie down to palpate my breast and abdomen. i was also asked to take off my underwear to show my anal area. at first you will be asked usual questions about your health history including exposure to TB, family history of diabetes, hypertension, hepa and other major illnesses and operations if any. you will also be asked to fill-out some forms and then pay. that's it! don't forget to bring your passport, valid id, letter from CEM, the forms with pictures also from CEM. stay healthy! |

Thanks Jho111 & Michael for attending my issues... Ganito kasi nangyari during CEM interview, its carelessness from my agency, they put a wrong picture on my wife's form, so slip of the tongue nabangit ko we hired an agent to file for us, so its an honest mistake sabi ko nalang..... oh! sabi nung visa officer, 'why ur agenct did not include this form IMM5476 - Use of Representative? So eventually when our Medical instruction came, kasama sa mga isasubmit namin tuloy yung IMM5476 form. So I decided to cancel my representative para hindi na maabala or madaming questions pa since they're not legit. Minimal na kasi support nung agency namin.... I am contemplating to put 'N/A' narin dun sa -> Name of office where application submitted.. on the otherhand Im a bit anxious baka ibalik samin nang CEM yung form for incomplete info/entries they needed in IMM5476.. again maraming salamalt ulit jho111 & michael for valuable feedback... God bless to all of us  ok kaya pala, be consistent nalang sa info na ibinigay mo during the interview. pwede ka rin mag.attach ng short explanation letter sa form.. i'm sure you should be fine.  |

I already got my NBI clearance in a day lang. My clearance has a word NO RECORD ON FILE (I assume this refers to no criminal record). Question lang, do we need to send explanation letter for this?

yes from iloilo ako. nagpa sked na ako ng medical sa cebu doctors sa april 12-13 kaso tumawag cla na e re sched na lang by 16 kasi alis ata si doc santos the week after ng holy week. buti na lang di pa ako nakabili ng tiket. ip ka na ba? cnu vo mo?
hi Ramluke, na IP na ecas ko March 26, anybody from here who have shared with you their medical experience in Cebu Doc with doc Santos? pls. update mo rin kmi dito after your medical ha...
