thanks for the input everyone..another question: yung Forms IMM5406 (Addt'l Family Info) and IMM5669 (Background/Declaration Form), ako lang ba dapat magfill-up nun or each of us ng wife ko magfill-up?hindi kasi nakalagay specifically. Unlike nung pagsubmit natin ng full docs, it's very specific kung ang prinicipal lang or kasali ang spouse sa forms na e fifill-up.

pinapabayad na rin ng RPRF..(.wla pa po kmi MR)---sabay sabay po ba e2 ipadala sa courier?ano po ung gagamitin n address ung PO box o ung isa..

advice lang jaggy youre right pagalingin mo muna ubo kasi us galing sa sipon at ubo anak kung isa tapos may nakapa kulani kaya pina xray ng embassy kasi nga nireport niala kaya delayed kami sa PPR now.ok namn xray kayan lang nagpositive sa skintest kaya advise to take 1 medicine for 9 mos this coming april last check up nya at tapos na din gamutan kaya hopefully ma ok na visa namin..
hello gabrieljimenez, thank you sa advice..yes nga po, pina check-up ko na din sa pedia nila para maagapan. healthy naman sila except yung eldest namin na may asthma. may wheezing so under medication pa. |

Hello. In your case, I really don't have any idea. It seems that we are in the same stage but strange yung sa'yo kasi you don't have the receipt of Medical Request from embassy. Usually kasi,like in my case we already got our MR and the documents na hiningi na nakalagay din dun sa MR ay update lang ng forms IMM5406 & IMM5669 and NBI clearance. Other than that, wala na. But if you are asked to submit TOR,Diploma, & COE, I think no need na to notarize. We submitted those things together sa full docs na required in the list by CEM. As far as I know original or authenticated lahat yung hinihingi nila. As a protocol we submitted original TOR na nakaseal inside an envelope at may tatak ng university seal sa envelope (ang university dapat gagawa niyan, request ka lang sa kanila ng TOR for the purpose of Canada migration). Then for the diploma we requested Authenticated copy since di naman pwede ibigay yung original. For the COE ,original dapat. Hindi na namin pina notatarize lahat yun. Bakit ka hinigian ng ganun ngayon?Di ba kasali na yun upon submission of full docs? |

hi i also experienced the same. anyway, yes you submit all docs in one brown envelope with your name, address and B file number infront. take note. all original. including TOR, diploma and COE so no need of notarization kasi hinde naman photocopy isubmit mi. as to the RPRF, may mga kilala ako na they were asked to pay before the MR so okay lang yun, at least positive itong sign na to. and yes you have to include this RPRF in that brown envelope payable to CEM. send it via PO if regular mail if via courier dun sa address nila na isa. (check your email i think they have specified which one to address) God bless |

Did you get an NBI clearance na? If so, nakuha mo ba agad or katulad din sa Manila na after 2-3 weeks pa (auto hit)? Kami by next week pa,probably Friday. Busy pa kasi si misis,
