Nirequire din ba kayo lahat to submit NBI? We were required to submit a new NBI clearance but Im confused cause we are also asked to submit this:

  - a written explanation relating to remark in NBI clearance (if remarks state :"No criminal record"). Your explanation of the circumstances surrounding the case listed in the NBI written explanation must also be submitted, as well as all court documents relating to the case/s listed.

Sa previous NBI clearance ni Hubby nakalagay na "no derogatory records found". Yung current naman is "No records found". so medyo na confuse naman ako na baka if we dont send an explanation baka maging cause pa ng denial ng application namin. Though there is none to explain naman.

and also we were asked to update IMM5406 and IMM5669.

hi jaggy hello...im from Baguio City...

we have the same correspondence from CEM..ganyan din ung requirement na naka indicate sa letter..i think standard reply nila ito for applicants na mag uundergo ng medicals..

dun naman sa NBI requirement..initially, I also got confused...pero nung nag check ako dun sa newly secured NBI clearance ko..ang naka indicate naman na status is " NO RECORD ON FILE".... - according sa interpretation ni hubby..I do not need to comply dun sa written explanation kc nga  hindi naman " no criminal record" ang naka indicate..he also pointed out na wala naman daw kami criminal history...

I hope some forum friends could shed some light on these too..Baka naman you could share your experiences on these CEM requirements..Pa rescue or pa help naman po..thanks...

i suggest you go to NBI since sila naman ang may final say for this. I guess the immigration officer is just curious sa NBI clearance that you presented. So to clear things for them, go to NBI. If possible secure a written explanation from NBI kung talagang computer error lang yun.

*valid NBI clearance for you and your spouse issued within the last six months. Please send us original copy. personal copy is not accepted. Do not fax your NBI clearance.

i suggest you go to NBI since sila naman ang may final say for this. I guess the immigration officer is just curious sa NBI clearance that you presented. So to clear things for them, go to NBI. If possible secure a written explanation from NBI kung talagang computer error lang yun.
