you're welcome.  Hindi pa ako PPR, sa ecas ko, nothing changed. Kahit medical received wala. But 2 weeks ago, nag email ang cem, asking where is my medical, sabi ko, according to Nationwide, it was forwarded Sept 6 , and yet according to CEM, wala pa. Imagine, October na di pa nila na rereview, tapos wala naman akong additional test na pinagawa ng Nationwide..yun pala super late sila magpadala. Natapos ako medical ng August 10. Yung kay MARV00 ba yun, July siya meds done, and na forward ng Nationwide, September din. so ayun, medyo kulitin lang ang nationwide for follow up. Mag st. lukes na lang kayo ah. heheh.  |

hi silentfan. since tapos ka na medical, im sure nakabayad ka na rin ng RPRF... how did you do it? By bank draft ba and how did you send the check? Ang mga courier diba hindi tumatanggap ng check??

Hi karen, opo, nakabayad na ako RPRF last sept. 2, ahm, managers check ang ginawa ko na BDO. Then, nilagay ko lang sa envelope, na white, then nilagay ulit sa short brown envelope, enclosed doon ay yung RPRF request at medical. Outside the envelope, ilagay mo ang name, FSW file number, address mo, at contact number po. Then, ihinulog ko na lang sa dropbox ng RCBC tower. Mas kampante kasi ako rather than courier. At least maramdaman ko man lang na malapit na ang amoy canada, kahit saglit lang.hehehe. |
