It may get rejected if: 1) The documentation provided turns out to be questionable. 2) Background (work) checks reveal something. CIC calculates points based on the paper trail you provide - the local VO translates this into local interpretations. 3) Medicals reveal something. 4) Adaptability - A relative claimed on the document cannot be verified by a paper trail - have actually seen this happen. 5) Police Clearance is off. Hello everyone....
As i mentioned before I have been waiting for RBVO almost for 60 day and nothing.... So i decided to email them and ask they send me these:
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Your application # is xxxxxxxxxx. It is currently awaiting review by an officer.
No letter has been sent. Notification will be sent upon completion of the assessment of the file. It will be sent via the e-mail address on your application.
The online system (E-CAS) is a computer system that automatically updates during key periods throughout the creation and assessment of your file. However, at times the information that is transferred to the E-CAS system is erroneous. This issue has been brought to the attention of the appropriate party.
Thank you for your patience."
At least I know something new... lol Even though i have no idea what it means!:S
