I am thinking to wait till July instruction. It wont be possible to resend all the documents in such a short time specially when I dont have original IELTS and PCC. Is it possible If i send some extra documents to prove 6242 job profile? Will they accept and reasses my case? What do you suggest?
At this point, I do not think they will reopen your application as they evaluate it based on what you send unless they ask for more docs. I don't know if they will send your entire pkg back to you or not, have they said they would? Do a search on the forum about IELTS as I know many have managed to get another original by various means. Some people have waited up to 4 months for return of docs, but I am sure you will want to have things in readiness for the announcement of the NOC list. I wonder if the NOCS that reached 1000 may fill faster next time around as they will have been waiting in the wings to reapply. |

Hi guys. Its been a long while since my last post. If not mistaken I posted when I sent my application.
I just want to update you after 37 days from receipt of application from CIO NS, I just received an email regarding my application.
It states that as per Ministerial Instrution II (after 26 June 2010 applicants) my application gets a PER and will be forwarded to my Visa office for further processing. I also get my AOR & file number for tracking. The first thing I did is to go on our altar and thank God. Godbless to all.

feeling very bad to read what happened to you! You'll better wait till july and resend documents, You can request IELTS Certificate to be sent directly to the CIO, but i would assume it should arrive before your application. Ask the CIO what can you do. Apparently they docs returned can take up to 4 months to arrive to your home. So don't give up. There are another opportunities and another ways to get a better life. Canada, India, Wherever! and as you said before, You're doing great professionally at India, GOD knows exactaly what's the best for all of us. Keep it going! |

Today my Bank confirmed that my bank draft was encashed on 17th May.
My application was recieved on 4th May.
What does it indicate? will i recevie my PER or there are some rejection chances?
Please all April 2011 applicants share your timeline.

can u take ielts exam preparation again?if bi-chance ur previous ielts return is delayed!!some members got back after 4 month when application was incomplete for delay of mail system!!u better take ielts again with cool head and get better marks.some senior members told me when any 1 get NER he only get processing fee back not other documents!!hope that isn't correct.so I think u should take preparation for ielts again, |

The next stage is to receive PER or NER....confirmation whether or not your application is eligble for forwarding to your VO. Payment processing only indicates your application is complete...now they will review it. Hold on tight...good luck! |

Infiant,
I think u b patient n let the docs n fees come back during June/July. Then do prepare ur docs for either 6242 or even i m pretty sure 0631 alongwith other NOCs could be extended for next 500 applicants upto Dec 2011.

As I said before, one of the virtues of IELTS and specifically British Council is that you may request other copy of the IELTS (Maximum 5) to be delivered to any organization or institution. I would ask CIO if the received the copy of the ielts first of after the application itself. I hope you understand what I tried to say. |

cio doesn't accept ielts result which is forwarded from British council,it must b submitted by applicant with full application package |
