I sent my apps on 13th of april, after five days cc encahed and I have not received PER (or NER). Vienna office has worked very slowly, like many others, at the beginning of the new rules. They should now work faster, but I see that some people have not yet received a response from the CIO, and it's been a long time since they submitted the application.
Does offices around the world have an obligation to complete all the application deadline? Or will these cases "after June of 2010" to merge with those of the previous one, so that new applications from July 2011 to be a higher priority than our own? Who knows?
Hi Makica, If CIo has recieved your appli on 13th April then your PER will come by max. Friday Evening as candian_Dream has got his PER just now and Vienna office has nothing to do with ur PER uptill this stage only CIO matters. Ya but this is a cause of concern that after new rules in July wot will be the timeline for pre new rulers... Lets cross fingers & hope for best to be done ASAP. |

Many Congrats Canadian Dream!!! Now I have strated dreaming of my PER. Hehehe @ Dubaiite: I think post 26th June 2010 applicants wont be affected much coz the number of total application has hardly reached 12000 whereas pre june 2010 applications were Lakhs in numbers. CIC or VO wont have much problem completing the PR work for 12000 or say max. 15000 applications. Hope I am saying logic. My consultant just 2 min ago sent me a mail which he recieved by CIC..
i came to know that my BD encashed by 14 april 2011....just in 2 days after receving my file by cic
my e-Status is just "Application Received"

Friday Evening as candian_Dream has got his PER just now and Vienna office has nothing to do with ur PER uptill this stage only CIO matters. Friday is ok  and of course, VO Vienna doesn't have influence in PER, or NER, but I think something may be wrong that we all think about it to CIO and worldwide offices do not have any common connections when considering applications? |

I am getting more and more worry instead and am loosing my hope. now I am confident that there is something wrong in my application. if NER is my destination I hope that they send me something in the upcoming days.
Although I've called CIO already and the nice lady has told me that any acknowledgment for all applicants is scheduled for 13 weeks , I am seeing most of people are receiving their acknowledgment very quickly.that means I am not allowed to make my future in Canada.

You have not right! Look at the spreadsheet and you'll see that many people still waiting for PER, much more then 13 weeks. Don't worry, be patient. |

they didnt give me any exact info , only client ID for checking status online ...
