My encashment of BD was on 3rd May wheras I had submitted application on 15th April. So i guess because of election and all they delayed it. one my friend submitted on 11th april his bank draft encashed on 26th april

So does it mean that if your draft bank is encashed that you will get PER very soon? or still there would be a chance that you could receive NER as well?

Dear YTNZ, Where ru residing currently? PCC of the country where u r residing currently are not required at initial stage but they will ask for it later when ur application's eligibility review is complete by VO. Even though if ur wife is not living in Jordan and left it, residing in another country, It is not mendatory at initial stage. But when they will ask u for it, it should be provided within 120 days. It is mentioned in VO checklist and Instruction Guide that It is not must to the PCCs with the app. we can sent it later within 120 days when requested by VO. Is'tamta ya Akhi, la't sheel ala baalik. 50-50 chance for both PER and NER. Encashment of BD denotes that all our documents are complete as per CIO & Visa Office instruction. PER/NER depends upon whether NOC categorty we are claiming for is matching CIC job description or not. There may be other factors also. So does it mean that if your draft bank is encashed that you will get PER very soon? or still there would be a chance that you could receive NER as well?
Can anyone clarify this to me..

I have applied for NOC 2151 and my app has reached CIO on April 1st, the fee has been encashed quickly on 6th.
since today is 45 days and I have not any acknowledgement from CIO, I would like to know if there is someone else like me who is still waiting..Should I be worry??

I currently reside in Saudi Arabia, I know that for Saudi Arabia it should be submitted after receiving a request letter from the VO office, I already submitted my PCC from Lebanon with the application, but it's only my wife's PCC that worried me. I am relaxed now that it's not a requirement at this very early stage... |

Then I need to check with my bank if the draft was encashed, at least I would'nt be worried about incomplete application. I can start getting worried about NOC matching thing. I am trying my best to keep positive thinking.. but bad ideas sometimes can find a hidden window to pop up.  |
