Hello everyone, My application was recieved on 27 April 2011. What worry me is that the completed applications received by CIC until now for my occupation (2121) are 912. I think that what are my chances amongst 88 slots only, can my application be considered before the occupation reaches its cap?? I feel so stressed from worrying about this matter. What do you think about it? will my application has the chance to be opened before the occupancy reaches the cap?  |

Ur app. is alrdy rcvd by them and still the the apps. are 912 which means it is counted in cap. so chill and dnt worry.  |

i sent my application on april 14th and they received it on april 15th (!!!!!!) as i said i received my PER one month later
my NOC is 6242 and visa office is Paris.
Now I'm worried that my application is not complete and also i know Paris office is very slow to proceed.
But i'm applying as a skilled worker maybe the process is different from others applications and it may go faster..
Can't wait to get my papers !!!!!

Unless CIO were half asleep when they assessed your application, they would have noticed that it was incomplete and NOT given you PER, so I think you can probably rest easy on that score! Congratulations! |
