Bingo!! first cut!! Received my PER late last night, was sleeping, got up to take a glass of water at around 2:30am and incidentally thought to look at my blackberry and there it was "PER" from CIO....after that I was not able to sleep!!! I filled Additional Familiy information wrongly means on both forms (me and my wife) I filled my name as applicant and my wife name as spouse but change the remaining information means parent, brothers and sisters name. Now what will happen with me? will the return my app[lication back?
Please guide me what should I do now. I am really worry about that. Please help.............................

they may consider the mistake bt its u who signed all the forms or ur spouse also signed her own form.if not then it will b returned |

Thanks Dr Hasib I was waiting for your reply. Please also I need one more help about transcripts. Actually I applied as Social Worker and Four months back I sent my all orginal degrees and transcripts with all required forms from me and my college and university to Canadian Association of Social Worker (CASW) Canada for credential evaluation. They sent me the result that my degree is equalant to Canadian Master of Social Work. Then I sent this result to Alberta College of Social Work for issuing the practice permit and they replied me that just pay the required fee and send a filled form along with Police Clearance Certificate they will issue me practice permit for Alberta.
But I did not attached sealed transcripts with my application I attached just noterized copes but I attached in original my Evaluation result from CASW and Alberta College of Social Work confirmation for practice permit. will this effect my application please tell me.
