if the application is incomplete they do not process the application fees, they will send u the original draft with the application.
If this is the only missing documents (I know this is very important) why dont you send these documents to the CIO with a cover letter. did u send any forms of education documents... like notarised copies of the certificate or the transcript in selaled envelope...

Greetings to All,
My application was acknowledged by CIO on 28th April by Mike, I have read some of the post and replies too, I need assistance from seniors on,
I forget to attach qualification docs for me and my wife, but I submitted other various forms in origianl, IELTS results, PCC from two countries both in original and fees.
If they return my application incomplete do they send my Draft for collection and process payment to me or they return my application with the original payment? Just to keep a track of my application...

yes u will get back evrything including ur bank draft that u sent,1st time my appliction was incomplete it was returned to me with my bank draft after 1month 8 days.pray that they noice ur mistake and send back as early as possible so that u can apply again.if bichance they dont recognise the mistake it wl b bad bcoz it will waste lots of time.when they will find the mistake they will reject ur case.usually they return the next day whn they find incomplete application package.as my applicaton was received 17th january and sent back 19th january bt I got it after 1month 8 days.bt u can take a chance by sending missing document with cover letter.it wl work if they dont return it yet bt I think they returned it and its on the way. u will get back everything and all the money back for sure.go to ur bank and ask if ur bank darft is encashed or not.if encashed thn send ur missing document as early as possible |

My application received on 18 Apr. Iapplied under NOC 4152 (SOCIAL WORKER). I have not attached my transcript in sealed envelop i have just attached noterized copies. But i have attached my original credential evaluation result from CASW and it is mentioned that my degree is equalent to canadian Master of Social Work.
Secondly I have just attached bank account certificate in orignal and have not attached statement as mentioned in visa office checklist that attach statement or certificate.
Please guide me that i will effect on my application.

in visa office check list there is only bank certificate requirment,bank satement may b asked by visa office later stage.i only submited bank certif also and got per so no worry man. its better to submit transcript in versity sealed envelpoe bt what u hav done wont coz rejection they may ask it again at later stage,bt may coz slowing the procedure |
