Thanks very much casayed. I am very very confused about the whole process.... I just can't understand it!!! Also have a arranged employment but dunno if my lawyer/consultant sent the Labour market opinion. I remember we just sent a letter of my boss/owner offering me the permanent job whenever I get the PR. I am in Mexico, my consultant is in Canada and that is the reason why I haven't seen the application package. I just know what i sent him from here. Thank you so much for all your help. I really appreciate it u got ur per via email,so u wont get any letter,ur agent may got the email of per,dont worry u will get 2nd aor by post

OK, so you are paying your L/C the big bucks to put together your application, but you have to do better than that, LOL. Read and understand the process (Learn it, Live it, Love it?) and you will feel much more in control of your destiny and part of this wonderful forum. I would like know about PCC, for a few years I was in Saudi Arabia and returned back in 2007, now, if all goes well with my application and the VO asks for a Saudi PCC, how can I get it? Will the CHC agree and accept this reason that the Saudi Embassy doesn't issue a PCC outside their country?
I mean will my application continue to be under process even if I am unable to furnish a Saudi PCC?

My CC was not charged till now ! Seams like your application probably reviewed upon NOC 6242 Yes, I have 3 years experience in NOC 6242 also.

Don't know Amone. I didn't write NOC 6242 over envelope. I just mentioned 0631. Not sure if they opened and checked the document inside. I don't think, in case of exhausting the cap, officer will bother to open the document and check the next available NOC. Perhaps they'll return whole document. Can't say anything exactly at this moment. My CC was not charged till now ! Seams like your application probably reviewed upon NOC 6242

I sent mine on 29 march, 2011. It reached CIO on 5 April, 2011 and I got my first AOR on 6 May, 2011.
