Change in ECas Status again --- form In Process to RBVO ..
Please update my status in the spread sheet .
You all can also check !!
Mine also in process but pending review.If u look at spreadsheet of postjune applicants u can observe that many candidates started getting medicals inspite of their e-cas status CIO ER COMPLETE AND RBVO.So i think status doesnt reflect much idea.I think they will clear first postjune applicants quota and remaining for backlog of 2004-2005 and prejune 2010.But newdelhi visa quota for 2011 is 7500 only. in that ostjune will take2800 and remaining for us .how they will decide?May be they will give preference to high demand occupations only.

Does your status shows file transfer date? Mine is not showing. Though, it shows Application Received . When I click it, it shows following. * We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2010 (This is my full doc submission date to Visa Office, New Delhi. I received 2nd AOR for doc submission. Also assigned me a new file no. E00*****.) |

Q12: What exactly does "in process" mean?
A12: "In process" is the status given to any application that has been received at a case processing centre or a visa office but that has not yet been finalized. Therefore, for the duration of the Application Processing Time, CAS will show the status as "in process

hi,
My status is APPLICATION RECEIVED and inside it is "We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2010. "
My docs were recd by NDVO on Nov 19, 2010 but they are mentioning date when my docs were recd. by CIO. Now what does this eCAS means - have my docs been again sent to CIO?
Please comment!
