Dear Mayank,

You can salary certificate from your employer duly singed dated and stamped by your employer.

Mentioned method of payment( Cash) in certificate.

Do you have filed old IT returns with NIL returns as you are not comes under income tax slab?

if you provide salary slips and Income tax docs it wolud be good impression as genuine application.

if you still have any doubt please consult me what to write in salary certificate.

I have got all my documents Notarized. I have one question that there is only  round notary seal & True copy seal with his signature. Is it Ok or will do trouble ...?

well well well, im back from a long tour.

congratulations to Lakh, & others who have received their 2nd AOR recently.

I still havn't got my 2nd AOR on my hand, but I'm now pretty much sure that it's in my office now (today it's off).
When I checked my Ecase (with UCI no. as client ID), it's showing "in Process". wow .. wow .. wow

AND also I just looked at the ecas status and there it is showing "In Process". WOW.

But I have one question that "If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status." This is written in that page. It means click on "In Process." When I click on "In Process", It shows me another page with some details like
"We received your application for permanent residence on .......
Medical results have been received.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review."

Now what is the meaning of "Medical results have been received."

Please guide me the experienced people.

I have not received second AOR yet. I guess since my address is that of my attorney based out of Canada it might take some time before they get it. I guess you got your through regular post and not registered or speed post or courier.

I also checked the status online using the UCID and it says the same thing as yours. I think it is an error.

Medical report received usually appears after medical request has been sent and the medicals have been done. But in this case almost all whose status have recently started showing up in the ECAS have this statement. This seems to be some software bug on the part of CIC and I am sure would be noticed and corrected very soon.

In any case still all is good and best of luck to all who have got the second AOR.

I just checked my status an dit shows IN PROCESS, after clicking it it reads "We received your application for permanent residence on April 29, 2010. "

Hi, I just have 'IN PROCESS' and there is no mention of medicals....could it be a possibilty that in my case its not a bug ?

I checked mine it says “Your application and supporting documents were received by the Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office. They are pending review”. Wat does this mean, did they send my full docs to CIO ?

Welcome back Lakh! Well the ecas status & messages seems to be all over the place! Hopefully things will be fixed with the next update tomorrow...
