GIve the number of years of school completed ?
elementary / primary school =
Secondary / High school =
university / College =
Trade School / other post secondary school =
My educational details
10+2 = Full time after that
2 year Diploma in Pharmacy = Fulltime
3 year Bachelor in Computer Application = distance mode from IGNOU , New Delhi
2 year Master in Business Administration = Distance mode from ICFAI University .Dehradun.
Please help me whether i i need to write my 2 year of diploma in pharmacy ( from University of Rajasthan , Jaipur )
in last colum (Trade School / other post secondary school) or Need to fill in university / College Field ?

I have received my 2nd AOR today. it is dated as 13th January and processing time 10 months ...can contact them in 6 months.Got same file number as from CIO.

yours must be on the way...there is nothing to do with NOC, actually 2nd AOR just acknowledgement of receiving your complete docs at CHC.dont worry soon you will get it.It comes via regular post and that is one of the big reason for delays..it all depends on postal service at your place.
You can check at your area post office.
Wish you good luck.
Just to update - I received my 2nd AOR today by post - the letter is dated 12th January. |

Had a query - just wanted to confirm - when you check the E-cas status - what do you select
Is it "Immigration File Number" and then the number provided as "BXXXXXXXXX"
Also, we need to enter the family name as the surname - right ??
I may sound foolish to post this query, but I thought I better confirm it with seniors here.

One point on which anyone can throw some light is that many of us have got a new file number starting with Exxxxxxx in the 2nd AOR wheras many have got the same file No starting as Bxxxxxxxx in the 2nd AOR which is the same as was in the first AOR. What could be the reason for the same.

Thanks srid. Yes i am too following this thread but have you noticed that the applicants who submitted their docs in June,2010 month are getting medical request now a days so we can expect our medical in coming June and then visa in next 2 months ...wat you say ? |

Hi
Mine also showing the same " In process " status except the medical acknowledgement. It says only -We received your application for permanent residence on March ***, 2010.
some sort of error on CIC side most probably, I guess...
Interesting thing is, file number alloted CHC New Delhi which starts with an alphabet E never worked earlier but it does today to check the status...
