Hi all,

I guess I am having series of problems now. Attendance register of my institute for about 1 year is missing. They are not able to trace it. Though they have copy of my appointment letter in their records.

I have claimed 21 points for 4 years or more experience. But with this 1 year attendance missing, would there be any problem? Would they ask for 19 points as I have attendance from Aug 2003 to Nov 2006. I also have my real sister in Canada, who migrated to Quebec in Feb 2010, so I might get 5 points for her.
My points are as under

Edu - 25
Exp- 21 (or19)
Age - 10
Spouse - 4
Lang - 8
TOTAL - 68 (66)

Blood relation - 5 (Not sure if they will consider it)

Please give your valuable inputs on the same.

If ur sister is there and if she has a PR card,u can get the photocopy of that PR and that will become a sound proof of her being there in Canada.You will definately get 5 points for her.

secondly,what attendance u r talking about?I think ur payslips,reference letters from the inst.can prove that u have worked there ..

You should go well beyond 67.

I am going to submit my full docs soon,
My question is I had some changes in the old application forms,I've filled up new one with the changes and going to send a cover letter about the changes made.But as per VO ND instructions they hae mentioned that old application photocopies are required to be sent.SO now if there are few cahnges and if we have made new forms then do we need to send the old application forms??

Pl. do advice.

If you want to take points for blood relation in Canada..

pls send following docs along with PR card and passport----> Prove blood relation

Tax Docs
Credit card bill latest months.
your sister job letter.

 to prove that your sister is also residing in canada.

I hope you understand......

How many days CHC takes to send 2nd AOR ?

Won't it trouble VO if case specific enquiry is made for asking for 2nd AOR.

 today(15-01-2011) i received my second aor by regular mail it was dated 20-12-10.

the contents are exactly same with the email which i received by chc last week. they also assigned me the same file no. B00000 which was earlier assigned by cio.

Dear Edmon,

No Need to send old photocopies . only forwarding letter would suffice along with new filled forms.

they have already old copy of your forms so they can make changes accordingly.

Dear All,


Today i have done with my IELTS GEN. mode exam.

Listening & Reading was very easy from my point of view . Infact Writing was also easy but i was not able to manage time properly.Speaking was Ok.

What i need to know that do you any idea that How many questions need to correct in listening to get 7.5 band out of 40 questions & to get 6.5 band in reading ?

i am just want to analyse my self.
