Hi all,
I got my second AOR by post today. The letters dated Dec 21, 2010 and posted on Dec.30.2010.
Got two new numbers one start with U and other with E.
Processing time 10 months.
It is also stated that in case I do not hear anything from this office with in 6 months from the date when I submitted docs to this office, I should directly contact them.

UCI number is unique client ID assigned by CIO and your new VO file number is which starts with EXXXXX. you can check your ecas with new number in coming days as it might not be yet updated. |

i am going to submit my full docs to ND VO by Jan end.
I have some confusions regarding travel history.As per ND VO we have to mention entry/exit to the coutry and the routing.Now I've visited USA,Germany,canada and some other countries too for which i cant recall all the routings.For the couple of US tours i have been to amsterdam and then at once i was in frankfurt.so how to write routings if not clear?!!
pl. throw some lights those who have similarissues or have some ideas.

if you are referring to transit flight routing... i dont think you need to include that.
Only duration @ destination would be required.

Hi edmonta I also have the same situation. I already sent my application a couple of months ago and didnt include travel history. So I asked some questions on this thread and came to know that we need to include Exit date / Entry date and if the flight was not direct, the routing too. If you went out of airport in any country on your transit, then you need to include that exit date and entry date too. otherwise just exit, entry and routing will be enough. Dear Members,
My application was submitted to NDVO without Travel History as I havent done my Travel History. I have now received 2nd AOR.
I have been traveling for so long, the date stamps on the passport are not clear.
Is there any way for me to obtain the Exit/Entry dates from the Immigration department, if I provide them my passport numbers. I am sure its all registered in their computer records anyway.

Hello Edmonta, You need not to mention all that.. just mention in seprate excel sheet mentioning following. -> Sr. No. -> Country Visited -> Entry Visa stamp refects on page No. (so n so) on my passport. -> Exit Stamp reflects on page No. (so n so) on my passport. -> Purpose of visit. Important: If you have stayed in these countries more than 6 months.. you need to attach Police clearance certificate from that country too. friends
