Dear All,
I have been asked by NDVO to re-submit PCCs for myself and spouse upto 7th July'12. Now i got stuck.
I got married on 17th Nov 2010 and i live in Delhi. My wife lived in Karnal, Haryana before marriage. I would get PCCs for myself and spouse (post marriage till date) from Delhi police. However, police in karnal are not giving PCC saying they have already provided it to me 1.5 years ago. They provide PCC on the basis of passport (my wife had haryana passport which i cancelled and made a new passport from Delhi) which is Delhi passport now. They are saying they will inquire from Delhi police also and i am sure this procedure will eat a lot of time and i won't be able to submit PCC on time.
I wanted to ask:-
If anyone has gone through with similar hurdle
What's the best way to get my wife's PCC from Karnal.
If this get delayed, then would my wife's Delhi PCC would suffice.
Can i request NDVO for extension due to delay in getting PCC from Karnal police.

What was your Ecas before this?? Is this status since feb-12?
As your this ecas should be updated in feb-12 as your case got in process in feb-12 not now?

I think you shot a CSQ to them as you case is bit different so better to ask them for clarification about the same. And can you please tell what was you ecas inside from 23rd feb-2012. As mine is also the same processing date but my ecas was updated on 28th feb-2012. i am unable to get why your status got updated so late in june-12.....it is strange. As i think they might have sent you that letter now as ecas cant abruptly change like this.Might be this is one step further in your case as our 120 days date is approaching very soon. I have a agency in Canada who is takeing care of my file, they did not receive any letter as of now.... sure i will do a CSQ today. Thank you for your suggestion. |
