Dear maran1976, Comments in red. Hi Nano, I agree with you on empolyment.We need to update. Nevrthless, they would ask us documents from new employer to prove so when the file comes up for processing is what I feel. True, this may not be needed in update , as the case should be processed as on date of application/full documents, totaly agree with you.
but PCC , for eg, Mr.X got PCC 2 years ago. He had a clean record. But now Mr X has a criminal record after an offence. To avoid such scenarios, may be they will ask for updated PCC.
As a general trend NDVO does not ask for updated employment documents and PCC. It is assuming that we send our updated information especially for employment. Updated employment won't give any extra points and if you are in the same company under the same boss than why bother with sending apprisal letters. I agree for PCC but than it is not our fault that NDVO is taking so much time to process our files. I for one will not be happy to give money again for PCC.
About POF update, thanks for the info that they asked along with medicals...We should all be ready...
Its in my caips report. Have not received any medicals.

Just curious to know one thing....when my status changed to IP (on 7th may), i immediately got email from NDVO that i need to resubmit mine and spouse updated PCCs. Can i assume if i provided them updated PCC, then my case would go to MR and they wont demand anything else. As i am assuming they might be satisfied with all docs of mine (except PCC), thats y they just requested that.

Hi there, U never know about NDVO. They are unpredictable. I am done with my medicals n my passports have been submitted in November. its like more than 6 months. Now 1 month before i was asked New Zealand Pcc form which i already submitted along with passports submission. So u never know whether they are satisfied or not  |

Anubhav, so you got an email from NDVO asking for updated PCC's immidiately after your app turned IP, majority of the folks are still sitting in just IP without any request for any further/updated docs nor MR. Very difficult to get into the thought process of NDVO |

i submitted the documents (PCC AND NEWBORN) asked by nd visa office after in process with date .
so far no updates from nd visa office , silence is killing me ,how long it takes to get any updates after submitting the required documents?
my contract is getting over in august , dont want to renew it ,should i leave my present job in the hope that i will get medical request in june/july?
plese advice
