Hello,
I have not been able to be on line some time.
My ecas is still "IN PROCESS" without commencement date,although it turned to IP on Feb 17,2012.I had sent CSE on March08,2012, but NDVO is still in deap slumber.This prompted me to send a reminder on MAY06,2012.Ironically,my CAIPS NOTES application dated March 02,2012 has not yet evoked any response from CIC,OTTAWA.A reminder in this regard has also been sent by my relative in Canada.
This speaks the volume of indifferent attitude of CIC/CHS towards prejune applicants.The prospective changes in the immigration laws ,as advocated by the CONCERNED Minister,have left us all exasperated.The uncertainty is loomimng large on our CANADIAN DREAMS.
I think, we all have to start exploring alterntive career paths,thereby rejuvenate our sapping morale.

verification can be done by VO at any time...even after MR they can verify from your employer....
80% chances of verification is within 3 month after IP date...

kavya mam, kahan rehti hein aajkal, y hide n seek. wat do u observe silently. lagta hein daal mein kuch kaala hein.  The best way is to apply once u got IP. Because, when its RBVO details, you dont get much in CAIPS. at the same time you can definately apply through your friend, it wont cost u much.

Wanted to share a gud news to everyone that finally i got IP from RBVO after 1.5 years. Status is:-
We received your application for permanent residence on June 15, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 28, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 3, 2012.
They sent me seperate email stating that i need to submit PCC for me and spouse once again. and also PCC for UK (i stayed thr between Oct 2006 to Mar 2007).
Does it mean they r ok wid everthng else and my case is almost ready to process and are they going to do employment verification now. Also, i showed them proof of funds which i already withdrew. Would they ask abt that again?

Hi, My case is almost same as u. All dates are almost same. I just had update on my case on E-cas that WE have started processing on 04th May 2012........... I also have same query that i do not have funds there for now in my account so will i be a problem? And, secondly I have not submitted PCC in past with my application and they have not asked even for it. so is thre any problem??? Jaydeep |

Hi guys, I have been a silent observer for some time. Today i have some update. Well don't know whether this is for my good or bad. i am a FSW applicant my application received date is 1st june 2010. my 2nd AOR date from NDVO is 10 jan. 2011. After waiting for a long time i applied under MPNP as well. i applied in july 2011 for MPNP ( thinking it will be fast) n yes i received Approval from Manitoba in OCT 2011 n again applied to NDVO for visa. my medical was done in DEC n passport were requested at the same time. my MPNP application is in process from Mar 2012. i am on the last stage of getting the visa. i was expecting decision made within this month. But today i noticed another update, today my FSW application status also changed to "In Process" as it was RBVO before. What the heck, i was expecting they will call me n ask for the withdrawal of my FSW application n issue me visa under MPNP application. But may be its for good as they are done checking my MPNP application n now they are checking my FSW application.  any views guys ? |
